Welcome!

Welcome to my blog! I am a Registered Early Childhood Educator in Ontario Canada. I have been working in the field for almost ten years and have had a variety of experiences. These experiences have helped me cultivate advice and ideas that I want to share with other ECE.

Throughout my postings on this blog I want to help spark or reignite passion for those working as ECE’s. Some posts will have tasks to try out and some will have opportunities for reflection and more internal personal growth. I am not a psychologist nor a mental health professional. I highly recommend that if you are planning on following the suggestions throughout these blog posts that you also seek guidance from a mental health professional. While I stand by the advice within these posts, I above all advocate for personal growth in tandem with mental health support.

You came into the career of Early Childhood Education because you have a love for children. You may be a ECE student here during your current studies, a working professional fulfilling a professional development requirement or one who may be feeling the weight and burn out from the incredible responsibility you carry as an educator. Within the posts on this blog you will discover yourself. This is not my story, it is yours. I am simply here to guide you through your journey.
